We are very excited to announce that our new beachfront Bayview Villas are open and ready to welcome guests!

Overlooking Bill’s Bay, each Villa offers sweeping ocean view and a hint of luxury not seen before in Coral Bay.

With a choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms, either on the ground floor with verandah, or first floor with balcony, these Villas are perfect for families or couples looking for the ultimate beachfront Ningaloo Reef experience.

Sleep in air-conditioned comfort, with king bed in the main bedroom, 2 x sets of single bunks in the second bedroom and 2 x king single beds in the third bedroom.

Each Villa includes a private outdoor area overlooking the ocean, complete with furniture and enough space for guests to bring their own small Weber barbeque if they wish.

Floor-to-ceiling windows connecting the open plan kitchen/living area to the generous outdoor space, allow enjoyment of the panoramic ocean view from the comfort of the dining table and lounge.

The spacious kitchen/living area is appointed with large dining table, wall-mounted TV and comfortable leather lounge suite. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher.

The new Villas entail:

• 4x 3 Bedroom Villas (2x ground floor and 2x first floor)
• 16x 2 Bedroom Villas (8x ground floor and 8x first floor)
• First-floor units are accessible via a staircase at the rear of the Villas
• King bed in the first bedroom, 2 x single bunks in the second bedroom, 2x king single beds in the third bedroom
• Private deck/balcony with outdoor furniture
• Large dining setting
• Leather lounge suite
• Bed linen and bathroom towels supplied
• Bathroom – shower & toilet
• Air-conditioned bedrooms
• Large wall-mounted TV
• Dishwasher
• Fully equipped kitchen – oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery

At time of booking, you are welcome to advise your preference for a ground floor or first floor Villa, however please note, that allocations cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
